Start spreading the news… NSS12 pre-game show #1
The National Stationery Show is less then 6 weeks away…. oh my %$#! Lots of work to do to get our booth ready. Our plans are well underway however and I promise you we will not disappoint for NSS 2012!
Now only a select few know that behind all the bright lights and pretty displays is a a whole lot of sweat, grime and mega stress! I am one of those elite few ( if I do say) who know this well. I have spent the last two days on my annual trek to our warehouse in Midway Georgia for show prep in 92 degree humidity to sorting through 10 years worth of exhibit materials.

It was a bit of a walk down memory lane opening some of these huge crates. Even preparing for the trip I went through all the old photos and booth drawings, it was fun to look back over the years- old displays, old products, old colleague friends… Fond (and some not so fond) memories of past shows peeked out of their particle board dungeons reminding me of shows gone by. In the end I was able to locate all the parts and pieces needed for 2012 ( I hope)!
I thought I would share a few of these “before” photos of our 2012 NSS display and keep a log of our progress leading up to the show.
Here is a look at the warehouse full of the same crates from above but now all organized and ready for their journey up north to the bright lights and big city!
