Interested in crafting a festively fabulous ribbon wreath this Fall? Look no more!

Materials you will need: Cardboard wrapping paper cores, packing tape, scissors or an Xacto blade and assorted ribbons. Check out our versatile selection of ribbons here!

Step 1. Trim the wrapping paper cores to the desired height and width you want your wreath to be. Make sure to cut them at a 45 degree angle. If you're following this demonstration to a T, you should have 4 cores identical in length...but if you want to do something more untraditional you can construct any shape you'd like. A hexagonal wreath could be fab!

Step 2. Tape the cores together at the 45 degree angle edges. The cores should be perpendicular to each other and ultimately create a square.

Step 3. Trim various pieces of ribbon to the desired sizes you want your ribbon ties to be.

Step 4. Tie the ribbon pieces around the cardboard cores. Wrap one side of the ribbon around the core, then tie at least two knots to make sure it's secure.

Tip: We suggest using different textured ribbons as well as altering colors for a fun look.

Step 5. Cut the edges of the ties' tails by folding a tail in half and cutting at about a 45 degree angle to achieve a much more polished look.

Step 6: Repeat steps 4-5 until you have filled your wreath so that no cardboard is showing and all ribbon tails are cut.

Now all you need to do is find a place to hang your new creation!
